Although we have all, regrettably, been there, we wouldn't want you to experience any unpleasant surprises. So, we promise that every item's product description and all pictures of nooks, scratches, and missing pieces (if any) are accurate. The best part, though? We guarantee that the items you receive will be as described online, and if they aren't, we'll take them back at no cost to you.
How do we classify items at fenyx°?
1. New (with label)
Brand new, unused item with label attached or in original packaging.
2. As new
Minimally used item with no obvious defects or damage.
3. Very Good
Slightly used item with the smallest of flaws, but fully functional.
4. Good
Used item that may have slight imperfections and signs of use.
5. Fair
Frequently used item with visible defects and wear.
But there's more! We are aware that cleanliness is crucial, particularly when it comes to springs and fabric. Hence, prior to shipment, our partners thoroughly clean all of the couches, chairs, and other upholstered items in our webshop. And don't worry about your new treasures getting damaged during delivery, our partners are experienced movers of high-quality and fragile goods, so they'll take care of everything from door to door.
